returns and exchanges
Custom jewelry orders are FINAL SALE.
Items may be eligible for return if they are damaged during shipping. A small restringing fee does apply to bracelets and necklaces if changes need to be made. Please email Kari at email@example.com.
If you would like an exchange on clothing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We allow exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a store credit or exchange if items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you by email to either process your exchange or issue a store credit. We do not provide refunds. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please make sure to include your packing slip so the proper exchange/store credit is issued.
