Returns and Exchanges
Custom jewelry orders are FINAL SALE.
Any item that is purchased with a discount code is FINAL SALE.
Returns will be accepted for store credit within 10 days of the delivery date. You must contact us within 48 hrs of delivery. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs. Items may also be eligible for return if they are damaged during shipping. Please email Kari at email@example.com with your order number and pictures for authorization.
If you would like an exchange on clothing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We allow exchanges within 10 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returns/exchanges. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse to issue a store credit or exchange if items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you via email to either process your exchange or issue a store credit. We do not provide refunds. Millie B. is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please make sure to include your packing slip so the proper exchange/store credit is issued.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items are FINAL SALE.
Your Item Breaks
We will gladly repair any jewelry items that have been purchased within the past 90 days for free. Please keep all of the pieces (including any broken ones). There will be a small restringing or repair fee for anything over the 90 day delivery date. Please contact Kari at firstname.lastname@example.org before mailing.
